Guest Speaker: Mark Revis (CA)
Mark Revis has a real passion for property and has undertaken a number of lifestyle village developments totalling in excess of 200 houses and is involved in both residential and commercial property investment projects. He also assists clients in a consulting and mentoring capacity, focusing on property investment and development strategies to maximise returns.
Mark is a chartered accountant in Christchurch. He has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) and CA qualification and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors and is on the Executive Committee of the Canterbury Property Investors Association. He sits on the Waimakariri District Council Economic Development Advocacy Group.
But perhaps most importantly, Mark is a director of the Four Avenues Property Group, a business that is contributing significantly to the rebuilding of Christchurch. The mission of the Group is to support the rebuild of Christchurch by delivering stylish, robust and quality mixed-use developments, residential apartments and townhouses within and around the Four Avenues of central Christchurch.
