So, why is residential property investment still a good idea?
Loan to Value restrictions, Debt to income restrictions, Meth contamination, Insulation, Smoke detectors, Residential Tenancies Act, Brightline test, Housing WOF's, Capitol gains tax, Tenants, Damage, Maintenance, Repairs, Property management, Managing your Manager, Insurance, Finance, Risk Management, Ring fencing etc. etc. etc...
The modern day residential property investor has so many things to contend with in the current environment and many things looming in the not too distant future. So why do we think that residential property investment is still a good idea?
This month the Taranaki Property Investors’ Association is holding an open forum to explore the opportunities that property investment presents.
The forum is open to all, from the seasoned investor to those just starting out or have an interest..
The forum will take the form of an open discussion with those seeking information being able to draw on the experience and knowledge of experienced property investors’. It's envisaged that we'll split up into 4 or 5 groups of mixed experience. There will be predefined questions around our topic (So why do we think that residential property investment is still a good idea?) to get the ball rolling, 15 minutes give or take will be allocated to discuss each question within your group.
So, if you are thinking about or have ever thought about creating wealth to secure your financial future through residential property investment this open forum is something you need to attend.
Come along with your questions and hear the views of investors who ‘have runs on the board', it's a great opportunity to meet other members and hopefully learn a thing or two along the way.
See you all there!
