Liam sits on the executive leadership team at NPDC and is the Group Manager of Strategy. He was the project Director of the Tapuae Roa Strategy and Action Plan, a regional project sponsored by the Taranaki Mayoral Forum and led by the business community, local government and iwi. Liam was educated at Auckland University and started his professional life as an urban planner. He has extensive experience in Australia and New Zealand working in community and economic development, city growth planning and long term strategic planning.
