Have you ever wanted to buy a section and move a relocatable house on to it but don't know where to start then this event is a must. This event is a good place to start whether you are a first time buyer or property investor and want to increase your portfolio. Richard has done this a number of times and can point you in the right direction.

The Positives and Pitfalls of relocating used houses

Richard Woodd (that's me) is going to be talking about relocating used houses - how to find a good house, how to negotiate with the movers, how to minimise damage in the shift, what can go wrong, and how to control your costs. I've moved quite a few houses and garages and done most of the reinstatement work myself. I've got lots of good photos too which I'll be showing. The pic you see here is my current residence arriving on three Central House Movers' trucks at dawn in a paddock at Urenui.

Before me you'll be able to hear someone from local company Manor Build talk about how they design, build, sell and relocate their new homes.
