Guest Speaker: Robyn Green
Robyn Green started investing in residential property in 1991 and in commercial property in 1999. She has also owned and managed two boarding houses in Wellington.
Today she has four employees. This enables her to manage “in house” her entire portfolio which now comprises residential, commercial, industrial, 40 upmarket rooms rented long-term, 27 ex Hutt City Council bedsits, and a six bedroom student house.
Robyn has a wealth of knowledge in property investment and property management, learnt through experience, and simply “just doing it”
She was on the executive of the Wellington Property Investors for some 15 years, and Vice-President for well over a decade.
A passionate Wellingtonian, having lived in The Capital all her life, and an avid bridge player.
