Investors Bus Tour - Saturday, 21 April 2018

Departing from St Marys Peace Hall, 36 Vivian St, New Plymouth.
The TPIA annual investors bus tour provides members with an ideal opportunity to learn from the hard-won experience of others, get up to date with current market conditions, and socialise.
Be Informed! - Be Educated! – Have Fun!
This year we take a look at what is happening in and around New Plymouth. Learn about the growth prospects for these communities and compare and contrast the capital growth and cash-flow yields.
We will be viewing rental properties and investment properties for sale (open homes are being arranged) along the way.
Hear about the local market from professional property managers’ and also from your fellow members who have investment properties in the areas we will visit.
View investment properties with local agents.
We will stop for lunch at Breakwater Bay Taranaki (venue to be confirmed) and have an afternoon tea stop at Harcourt’s Rentals office where we will hear about current and upcoming changes to legislation affecting landlords.
The tour will conclude back at the Peace Hall at no later than 4pm.
Cost: $25 per person.
Note: $5.00 from each registration will be donated to the Roderique Hope Emergency Housing Trust.
HOW TO REGISTER
Step 1 - Email our Treasurer Colin at email@example.com with the names of those persons you want to register for the Tour
Step 2 – Using Internet Banking make payment to Taranaki Property Investors’ Association bank account ANZ 01-0707-0332391-00 - please include your name and ‘Bus Tour’ (Remember, it is $25 per person.)
No cheques please.
Registrations with payment to be received no later than 5pm Wed 18 April 2018.
