Starting 6.30pm for drinks & nibbles.
7.30pm Meal

All TPIA members and their partners.

What:

Set Dinner Menu

Canapés on arrival:

  • Seared yellow fin tuna, sesame, chili, salt flakes, parmesan shortbread
  • Rare beef, potato, onion, pancetta gratin, shave pecorino
  • Fried Pumpkin ravioli

Main Course served Family style, choose from:

  • Wood fired market fish, clams, tomato, olives, capers and fresh herbs
  • Scotch fillet, marinated tomatoes, shave pecorino and anchovy mayonnaise
  • Risotto Button mushrooms, porcini, taleggio, sage

Served with

  • Fresh asparagus, lemon, garlic, chili, grana Padano
  • baby roast potatoes

Dessert, choose from:

  • Vanilla pancetta, strawberries in prosecco syrup
  • Monica’s Profiteroles, fudge sauce

There will be complimentary table wine & a cash bar available.

Everyone needs to bring a wrapped $5 Secret Santa gift - property investment themed. Be careful - this may be extremely fun, we take no responsibility for sore cheeks. Like the look of someone else's unwrapped gift? - there may be a twist.
