Lex Severinsen is a landlord farmer from the Central Hawkes Bay.

Lex along with his wife, Angela, has been involved in property investment for many years, owning property in New Zealand and the USA.

Lex will talk on great property deals … and a dozen ‘not so good’ property transactions at our next meeting.

And then there’s the private museum featuring military weaponry from ancient Roman and medieval times. But don’t get him started on that, we want to hear his property stories!
