Pam Hight, Rental Property Manager, McDonald Real Estate, will summarise the requirements for rental properties. She heads a team managing more than 700 Taranaki rental properties and is fully conversant with the new rules, deadlines and penalties for non-compliance.
ASSESSEMENTS: Mark Becker, Inhome Solutions, has 11 years building industry experience, now specialises in making rentals compliant. Will cover cost of the assessment, quoting and installation process.
COMPLIANCE FOR LANDLORDS: Nicki Smith, TPIA executive member, property manager and investor, will cover Check Lists, Exemptions, Record Keeping and Tenancy Agreements.
