Getting Started in Property Investment - Part 2 Panel Evening, Tuesday 19th November

Coming up next Tuesday 19th November...

GUEST SPEAKERS: Getting Started in Property Investment - Part 2

If you attended October's panel evening, you already know how great this one will be, don't miss out in November, put it in your calendar now!

This month we welcome another expert panel:

Mike Myers; Telfer Young,

Mike Bradley; McDonald Everest Insurance Brokers,

and Lew Sarten; Property Investor/Landlord

There is a shortage of rental accommodation and yields are strong. If you're curious, or if you want to become a rental property owner and help solve the rental shortage come and hear our panel of experts talk about how to get started. Our industry needs more informed, ethical landlords. Ask our experts questions in a friendly
atmosphere.

Make sure to bring all the questions you've been thinking about on how to get started or progress in property for our experts

BONUS Speaker: Jo Bourke, Bach Break

Jo Bourke, founder and director of Bach Break Taranaki, will do a short but dynamic presentation about the essence of the campaign she has initiated to curb the NPDC's proposed control and reguiation of short term homestay rentals.

She believes it may kill off a vital part of the visitor accommodation sector, without justifiable cause.

‘Delete the 90 day cap' is her message and she is drumming up numbers to present her 2500 signature petition to council at 12 noon on November 22. She wants people there with placards in support. You don't have to be a homestay operator – if you don't like what the council is doing, it's enough to be there.

Evening kindly sponsored by
Stephanie Murray Mortgages
Jo Taylor is coming along to share how her work for SMM helps first home buyers get the best deals from lenders
