Landlord Seminar Series 2016
Eight seminars for landlords will be held between September and November 2016, across New Zealand.
Tenancy Services, in association with the New Zealand Property Investors’ Federation and the Ministry of Justice are inviting landlords and property investors (with 5 properties or less) to attend these evening seminars.
With a focus on the new tenancy laws that came into force on 1 July, the aim of the seminars is to help landlords and property investors get a better understanding of how to effectively apply the law changes in relation to their rental property, their tenants, and running their everyday business.
The free seminars will be held in selected locations across New Zealand. Seating is limited, so registration is essential to secure a spot. The seminar presentations will be delivered by representatives from the regional Property Investor Association, Tenancy Services and the Ministry of Justice (Tenancy Tribunal Adjudicators).

The New Plymouth event will be held at The Devon Hotel on the 20th September starting 7.30pm.
Taranaki Property Investors' Association members and guests are advised that this event at The Devon Hotel is replacing the regular monthly meeting normally held at St Mary's Peace Hall Lounge.
