From the Cow Shed to Urban Development. Tony Johns is an experienced green fields developer and has a large residential and commercial property portfolio. Tony tells a story of the family farm in Bell Block and how, with industry moving into the area in 1962 and the residential zoning changes of 1967, changed the future forever.
Join us to hear the history of those changes and what inspired his mindset to face the challenges in moving forward, including stage 8 of his subdivision which is soon to be implemented.
