GUEST SPEAKER: Pauline Beissel
Pauline has been an Association member since 1990, President of Manawatu since 2013, awarded Landlord of the Year 2013, Central Regions Representative and NZPIF Executive Committee since 2015 and an Educator on the Ready 2 Rent course established for the Manawatu area in 2018.
As a little girl I was my fathers little helper with our own home renovations. Dad built me a playhouse from leftovers complete with kitchen, medicine cabinet (trendy in those days) and lockable front door. This was the seed for Property that developed into a game of monopoly that is a business today. Coming from a background as a Manager of Social Welfare to a trained criminal investigator of fraud, General Manager of 95 houses in a Retirement Village, Legal executive, to a Real Estate salesperson, I’ve encountered people from all walks of life that have given me skills to manage my property. I believe in Family first, what’s right and wrong and being fair but firm. I work hard, I’m open to all housing styles, I’m creative and add wow factor to increase capital value.
We're very excited to hear from Pauline with her knowledge and experience in all levels of property investing.
