Taranaki Property Investors' Association AGM and Healthy Homes Standards Update for Landlords

Annual General Meeting

All members and interested persons are advised that the Annual General Meeting of the Taranaki Property Investors Association will be held on Tuesday, 21st July 2020 commencing at 7.30pm.

The AGM will be held at the St Mary’s Peace Hall, 36 Vivian St, New Plymouth

Don’t miss Pam speak on this very important topic. Bringing landlords up to date with a brief summary of the Healthy Homes standards and answer audience questions before the AGM starts.

After the AGM (financial report, President’s report, election of officers, general business) the TPIA will put on a savouries and cakes supper with hot drinks, to accompany a post-meeting informal networking session.

Advance Notice: On Tuesday 18th August, Pam Hight and Mark Becker of assessment specialist Inhouse Solutions, along with TPIA officers, will present and answer questions on the full spectrum of Healthy Homes Standards, compliance deadlines and assessment requirements.

This seminar will be a once-only opportunity for all residential landlords to get up to speed on the new Government rules, via your local Property Investors’ Association. More details of this later.
