TPIA November Monthly Meeting Guest Speaker Sharon Cullwick, NZPIF Executive Officer

Topic: Guest Speaker Sharon Cullwick; how to get up to date and organised in case MBIE Compliance come knocking!

Sharon Cullwick, who took over the executive officer position from Andrew King this year, will pay her first official visit to New Plymouth on Tuesday November 17. 

With RTA changes, Healthy Homes, how to get started in property and legislation, Sharon will talk about all of the above including how to get your paper work up to date and organised in case MBIE Compliance come knocking.

Sharon has been a property investor since 1998 and has property throughout the North Island. Although investing since 1998 Sharon only moved into her own property in 2005, and before this has always been a tenant so understands what it’s like to be tenant and a landlord. Sharon has always had an interest in property investing and has only become fully immersed in the industry since 2016 the same yeear she joined the New Zealand Property Investors Federation Executive Committee. She is currently President of the Hawkes Bay Property Investors Association and after 1 ½ years as President of the New Zealand Property Investors Federation she has taken over the Position of Executive Office in February 2020 from Andrew King.

Originally from South Taranaki (and now New Plymouth), and a joiner by trade, he has always worked in the building industry. Paul has a connection to the TPIA through his son Richard and wife Kristy who were the 2019 NZ Property investors’ Federation Landlords of the Year.
