Annual General Meeting

 

All members and interested persons are advised that the Annual General Meeting of the Taranaki Property Investors’ Association will be held on Tuesday, 21st June 2022 commencing at 7.30pm.

The AGM will be held at the Plymouth International Hotel, 220 Vivian Street, New Plymouth.

Business to be conducted at the meeting will include:

• Receive Apologies
• Confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting
• To receive and approve any correspondence
• To receive the Treasurer’s Annual Financial Report
• To receive the President’s Annual Report
• To consider any Notices of Motion
• Election of Officers

Nominations for the Election of Officers can be forwarded to the Secretary, Taranaki Property Investors Association Inc, PO Box 94, New Plymouth on the nomination form below. As an alternate to forwarding a signed original by ordinary post, a scanned original or a computer completed unsigned version of this form may be forwarded by email to The Secretary at taranaki@nzpif.org.nz

I look forward to seeing a good turn out of members to enable a quorum and successful AGM and election of officers.

We are privileged to have the NZPIF President, Andrew King as our guest speaker for the evening. Definitely not someone to miss, you will want to hear the latest from the Federation and enjoy some Q&A.

We are currently in Covid-19 Protection Framework ORANGE 

This means we will still be hosting our meeting in person, but have a few things we ask our attendees to follow:

• If you are feeling unwell, or have any cold or flu symptoms, please stay home.
• If you are a household contact of a positive person within the last 14 days, please also stay home
• Masks are required when entering. During the meeting attendees are encouraged to wear a face covering where possible however once in the meeting room they are at your discretion. You can take them off to eat and drink.
• Please check in at the table, guests and members need to be checked off to ensure numbers are counted. (receipts sighted / cards scanned).
• Attendees can be seated or standing as long as they maintain 1m distance apart.
• Presenters do not need to wear a face covering when on stage.

The doors will be open at 7pm, we invite you to arrive with plenty of time to network and meet others before we start at 7:30pm.
