TPIA September Monthly Meeting: Adding Value

This month's public meeting is all about Adding Value to existing housing stock with three amazing speakers:

 

 

Nikki Keegan, a true property all-rounder - builders daughter, real estate salesperson, landlord and lover of all things DIY is here to talk property and increasing your capital investment.

First National Collective: proudly locally owned and operated with a team of real estate professionals striving to provide the best possible service to their clients.

 

Stephen Hodge, covering the principles of residential valuation and application to residential investment property.

Taranaki Property Valuers: Locally owned and operated valuation company specialising in urban - residential, commercial, industrial - property. While many residential valuations for lending purpose are direct to/from the financier, we also carry out valuations for the purpose of marketing, insurance and legal settlement among other purposes.  Established in 2014, we will be looking to further expand into Rural and Specialist Commercial Industrial properties as we attract the right personnel.

 

Morgan Fahey, Smart Build Solutions: Building in Taranaki for the past 8 years. I enjoy helping my clients with their renovation projects, from bathrooms, kitchens, garage conversions, extensions, fences and decks. I work with a great team of trade professionals that help my cleints renovation dreams come to a reality. I focus on sharing the whole renovation journey from initial consultation, booking in all relevant council inspections to achieving the final code of compliance for my clients.

 

Doors open at 7, grab a drink from the bar on your way through, or enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee / tea and have a chance to chat to the speakers and network before the meeting kicks off at 7:30pm.
