Property Investment Blood Sweat & Tears; Investor Story with past President Lew Sarten

Property Investment Blood, Sweat & Tears: Investor Story!

We are very excited to welcome Lew Sarten (past president) back to the TPIA for an awesome investor journey, you don't want to miss this local inspiration!

Lew: I'm very proud of what I've achieved, have I done it the hard way? Absolutely. Let me take you down memory lane and share with you my journey. A property portfolio built on elbow grease and the smell of an oily rag.

Darrell:

What do we do? We solve problems...that’s it! How?, by connecting people to property, that’s essentially what we do. The key is, the way to do it, we believe in catering to our clients with HIGH touch and HIGH tech by using world class stay in touch strategies, a genuine trust building model that works, whilst using tech to support the essence in what we do. Tech meaning accurate current website content, the option for buyers to complete a pre offer process online, buyers can also book an inspection online, “just like booking a haircut!” By providing all information online that a buyer would need to help with their property purchasing decision. Providing our vendors a 24/7 vendor report dashboard so they can see what were doing and how we’re doing it! – That is awesome, we are awesome!
