The Taranaki Property Investors Assn has a stellar lineup for our Tuesday August 17 public event.
Headline presenter is Heather Black from the Manawatu PIA. Heather is a passionate 'buy and hold' investor with a sizeable portfolio of houses in the Manawatu. She is an IT Project Manager by day and a renovator in every spare hour she can find when at home.
Heather has had experience in trading, rent by room and multi-income properties, both in the Manawatu and in Auckland. Specialising in turning distressed homes into rentals that tenants can't wait to snap up, she can show you how to make a big impact on a small reno budget. Profiled in the NZ Property investor magazine twice, she is often called upon by the magazine for her view on the bank lending environment, property business plans and financing strategies.
Come and hear Heather talk as she has a wealth of knowledge to share with you!
Supporting Heather is Ilse Wolfe, a NP-born property and renovation consultant from OPES Partners NZ Ltd and the Property Academy Podcast. Her focus is how to cashflow hack your investment properties to super-charge ROI and increase your ability to grow your portfolio. Ensuring positive cashflow from your existing rentals has never been more crucial than now, she says. You can find her on Instagram @ilsewolfenz or www.opespartners.co.nz/property-coaching/renovations
Prominent heating and air-conditioning contractor Jason Holdt, owner of Heat Cool Taranaki, will promote his products and services covering system design, installation, service and repairs for any size operation. Watch out for special deals for this audience.
